The fast-handling and quick-shooting FN SCAR 16S is upgraded with Non-Reciprocating Charging Handles. The new, dual charging handles enable any shooting position, grip style or optic choice, ensuring any braced or barrier-contact position shoots flawlessly. A rugged, monolithic upper receiver with MIL-STD-1913 rail provides space for rail-mounted accessories, and a folding buttstock fits any shooter with adjustable length of pull and cheek rest height. The FN SCAR 16S in 5.56x45mm is the benchmark for reliability and versatility from a light recoiling, piston-driven platform.

I had not shot a rifle for over 30 years, since the days of my youth when I shot often. I like the looks and versatility this gun. Nice aftermarket upgrades are available and the design of the carbine makes it very customizable. This weapon shot accurately from the first shot at 25 yards, despite my poor eyesight and arthritic neck.

I was able to get this out to the local 25yd indoor range, and all I can say is that this gun is FUN!! It shoots like a dream and is easy to point. I had to adjust the elevation on the sight slightly (was hitting low at 15yds), but otherwise it went bang every time!
