The Century Arms VSKA (vis-kuh) is a heavy duty rifle for the modern shooter. The VSKA rifle features an all new bolt carrier, front trunnion, and feed ramp machined from S7 tool steel and specially heat treated for maximum durability. S7, often referred to as a “Shock-Resisting Tool Steel,” is commonly used for tools like chisels and jackhammer tips as it has maximum shock resistance and high compression strength, while retaining toughness. The front trunnion and bolt are machined from billet and exceeded the durability goals for the project. Additionally, the VSKA features a carburized 4140 steel bolt, a chrome-moly 4150 barrel, and sports the RAK-1 Enhanced Trigger Group for an impressive trigger pull.

I have waited and searched for this rifle for outdoor range use for nearly two years. The firearm has always been sold out and unavailable from multiple vendors. Needless to say how thrilled I was to see the product notification. Accurate and without a single feed issue using standard 9mm FMJ’s and SR9C magazines. What a blast to use.

First selling point is that it takes Glock mags. What is cooler then shooting your Glock with a 33 round mag then swap the mag and put it in a carbine. Second, it has 2 picatinny rails. One on top for a sight of your choosing. It has a rail on the bottom for a bipod, laser, flashlight or however you want to customize it with. It’s lightweight and so fun to shoot. I was shooting 5 to 6 inch groups at 50 yards with a bipod and a red dot. Not sure if that is good but try that with a pistol I bet you can’t. Ok maybe some of you can.

This is probably the best shooting rifle out of the box I’ve purchased in a long time . Simply drills holes. Can’t wait to take out out hunting.
