Bell & Carlson’s M40 Varmint/Tactical Rifle Stocks were designed from the ground up to help maximize a rifle’s performance by providing a rock-solid, ergonomic firing platform incorporating the accuracy enhancing characteristics demanded by today’s serious shooters with the resilience necessary for use in extreme environmental conditions. It features a full length aluminum bedding system that is computer designed and CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum. The aluminum block extends through the forearm to add strength and stiffness and also has an aluminum “tail piece” from the bedding block through the grip area to add rigidity to strengthen to stock. The stock is designed to be “free floated” and features dual front swivel studs that allow for bipod and sling attachment, and one rear sling stud. It also comes with a 1″ Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad.
