Cimarron Firearms 1894 Deluxe Lever Action Centerfire Rifle Information
Cimarron Firearms, the leader in authentic replicas from America’s Old West, proudly reintroduces one of America’s most popular and famous lever-action hunting rifles of all time. The John Browning patented design was introduced in 1894 in two iconic cartridge chamberings, the .32-40 and the .38-55. It was the first American-made repeating rifle to chamber smokeless powder rounds. This was in 1895 when nickel steel barrels and the 30 WCF or .30-30 were introduced. The Model 1894 has been referred to as the “ultimate lever-action design” by firearms historians.

I’m normally drawn to lever guns, revolvers etc. but have always loved my 10-22s and used to have an old Ruger .44mag carbine. I was looking for something similar to my 10-22 but with a tad more power. I really like the Mini 14 but they are quite pricey now. This little 9mm PC carbine is a BLAST to shoot. The iron sights are good and I added a Sig red dot on a riser. Best of both worlds! I can’t believe how accurate it is even over 50 yds using bulk FMJ ammo. At 25 yards it just makes one big hole when dumping the mags. This is a super-fun gun and easy to maintain especially being take-down. I added a flashlight as well and using good hollow points it would be a great home defense weapon. Get one, shoot it and you’ll love it.

I purchased this because I am a bit of a prepped and when it goes down this will stop anything with a motor. I do love dialing in the platform and practice regularly with it. This is very accurate and reliable but it is heavy.

First selling point is that it takes Glock mags. What is cooler then shooting your Glock with a 33 round mag then swap the mag and put it in a carbine. Second, it has 2 picatinny rails. One on top for a sight of your choosing. It has a rail on the bottom for a bipod, laser, flashlight or however you want to customize it with. It’s lightweight and so fun to shoot. I was shooting 5 to 6 inch groups at 50 yards with a bipod and a red dot. Not sure if that is good but try that with a pistol I bet you can’t. Ok maybe some of you can.
