The Vaultek Rifle Series RS500i Biometric Gun Safe has rugged steel construction using Vaultek’s signature metal forming techniques with anti-pry design features. The safe has pre-drilled mounting holes which allows for mounting from the bottom or the backside. Four solid steel locking bolts keep your items safely locked. The spring door in the RS500i allows for quick access to the contents of the safe by automatically opening when access is granted. The interior is illuminated with three integrated led clusters, and features a modular design which allows you to customize and place accessories anywhere on the perforated mounting board. The Biometric Gun Safe also features a keyhole access behind a removable cover and an integrative control panel with an lcd screen, back lit keypad, and oversized biometric scanner. The lcd screen indicates the main safe status such as locked or open, battery life status with percentage of power remaining, internal temperature, relative humidity, and status icons for wi-fi, smart key, impact detection, sound, and interior lights. The led back lit keys use proximity sensors to illuminate the key for easy viewing in low light conditions, and the fingerprint scanner is 20% large for a more responsive experience!
